There are currently four main installation methods for FRP gratings: staircase installation, trench installation, floor installation and support beam installation. The stainless steel clip is used as a special connection piece for the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille. It is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion-resistant and high-strength. Its shape is divided into: M type, U type, C type, L type, V type according to the purpose. There is a screw hole in the middle of the clip for screwing, and the installation is very convenient.

C-type joint signature: It is used for joint signature of two grids without brackets. It has a group character.
Stair installation
The grille and the supporting steel beam should be fixed with M-shaped or L-shaped fire appliances, and each grille shall be at least 4 pieces. The sides of two adjacent non-supporting grille shall be considered suitable and C-shaped clamps shall be used for implementation. Double-click to use at least one core per 1.8m long.
In the process of use, the dust and dirt on the surface can be cleaned with the washing liquid, no other protection and treatment methods are needed.

Platform installation
The FRP grating shall be supported by at least 50mm wide on the cement foundation, and the gap between the grating and the cement shall be 3-6mm.

The gap between the grille lifting step and the frame is 3-6mm, each lifting step is fixed with 8 fixing clamps, and each corner is 2 fixed, or it can be directly fixed on the bracket.

The grille lifting step should be installed in the lifting step frame or on the bracket. The frame or bracket can be made of steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic.
