Grinding: When the FRP grating comes out of the mold, the upper surface is grooved, and the groove thickness is about 1mm-2mm. Therefore, after polishing with a sander, the upper surface will become smooth or the grooves will not be smooth. It's too obvious. The groove itself will not bear weight. If it is not polished, it will become less tidy after being pressed down by heavy objects in the later stage. Therefore, the polishing effect is better.
Repair: Not all FRP gratings come out of the mold, and the surface is very smooth. Due to the resin and filler ratio, raw materials, color paste, etc., the surface of the FRP grating may have holes, such as pinhole size. This requires technicians to match the resin material and repair it with a spatula.
Painting: Painting is because the surface of the FRP grating is rough, with chromatic aberration or the color is not bright enough. Use spray *** to spray the varnish and color paste on the surface of the FRP grating in a certain proportion, but it must be evenly sprayed. Packing: Generally, the packing of FRP grille needs to be packed with cardboard and bandage. It looks good and avoids damage during transportation.
