According to the irregular classification series of frequently used fiberglass gratings, the fiberglass grating series products can be roughly divided into several categories:
1、 Fiberglass grating cover plate
The so-called anti slip performance can only be better reflected on fiberglass grating cover plates, such as sanding cover plate grids, patterned cover plate grids, etc.
The surface of the fiberglass grating cover plate can be a smooth surface, anti slip sanding surface, or anti slip patterned surface. The thickness of the grating cover plate is generally 4.0cm, and can also be produced according to the size of the customer. The cover plate grille is often used in areas that require sealing and is used in sewage treatment facilities to prevent corrosion and gas leakage. The cover plate grille with anti slip surface can also be used as a ramp, manhole cover plate, and trench cover plate.
2、 Conductive fiberglass grating
Fiberglass grilles themselves are insulators that do not conduct electricity or heat, but in certain specific situations, there are also requirements for conducting electricity for fiberglass grilles. The specific operation method is to add a graphite layer with a thickness of approximately 3-5 mm on its surface to eliminate the danger of static charge generation. The conductive grid, like the traditional FRP grid, has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, impact resistance, skid resistance, light weight, etc. It is suitable for oil refineries, arms manufacturers, high-tech industries, computer rooms, chemical fiber plants, dry areas and underground mineral mining operations.
3、 Microporous fiberglass grating
The walkway designed with microporous fiberglass grille is cheaper and corrosion-resistant than aluminum and steel grilles. Microporous fiberglass grilles are suitable for walking on carts and wheelchairs, and double-layer microporous grilles can prevent small tools and other items from falling off the surface of the grille. The microporous grid meets the testing requirements of 15mm diameter balls and is suitable for trench covers, coastal platforms, semiconductor and communication areas, and computer rooms.
4、 Flat fiberglass cover plate
The flat fiberglass cover plate is made of fiberglass mesh cloth, fiberglass chopped felt, and resin, which are artificially solidified by hand. The surface of the flat fiberglass cover plate can be a smooth surface, anti slip sanding surface, and anti slip patterned surface. In general, flat fiberglass cover plates are used in combination with fiberglass grating plates, also known as fiberglass cover plates.
