What are the remaining issues that need to be addressed in the treatment of industrial odors?

In recent years, the country has been advocating for environmentally friendly production and doing a good job in environmental engineering. However, there are still many problems in the industrial odor treatment process. What are the remaining problems that need to be faced and solved?

1. Enterprises do not attach enough importance to the treatment of odor and other exhaust emissions, and there is also a misconception of "heavy wastewater treatment and light exhaust gas treatment";

2. Individual enterprises have varying batches of construction, and the actual production scale is greater than the approved scale of the environmental impact assessment, resulting in significant changes in production processes and pollution control processes;

3. Some enterprises do not have adequate pollution control facilities installed, or have already installed pollution control facilities but have illegally shut down, opened or discharged them; 4. Some enterprises have rudimentary and outdated processes and low production equipment levels;

5. Some enterprises have extensive management and do not pay attention to details, resulting in serious phenomena of leakage, overflow, dripping, and scattering;

6. Lack of specialized odor control regulations and long-term regulatory mechanisms;

7. Some enterprises' wastewater treatment plants have not collected and treated waste gas from regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, and other processes, resulting in secondary pollution; 8. Unstandardized management of production raw materials and hazardous waste causes odor emission.
