How the FRP Pultrusion Process Works

Pultrusion combines continuous fiberglass reinforcements with thermosetting resins to produce constant cross-sectional profiles. Unlike extrusion, where material is pushed through a die, pultrusion continuously pulls the fibers through a heated die where the resin cures into a hardened shape.
