Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) is also called GFRP
Generally refers to reinforced plastics with glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin and phenolic resin matrix, with glass fiber or its products as reinforcement materials, called glass fiber reinforced plastics, or glass fiber reinforced plastics, which are different from tempered glass.
Due to the different types of resins used, there are polyester glass fiber reinforced plastics, epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastics, and phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastics. It is light and hard, non-conductive, stable in performance, high in mechanical strength, less recycled, and corrosion-resistant. It can replace steel to manufacture machine parts and automobile and ship hulls, ventilation equipment, etc.
Application classification of FRP products:
FRP tanks: FRP storage tanks, hydrochloric acid storage tanks, sulfuric acid storage tanks, reaction tanks, anti-corrosion storage tanks, chemical storage tanks, transport storage tanks, food tanks, fire fighting tanks, etc.;
FRP pipes: FRP pipes, FRP sand-filled pipes, FRP air ducts, FRP cable pipes, FRP top pipes, FRP process pipes, etc.;
FRP ventilation equipment: FRP centrifugal fans, FRP axial flow fans, FRP diagonal flow fans, FRP roof fans, FRP negative pressure fans
Towers: drying towers, washing towers, desulfurization towers, acid mist purification towers, exchange columns, etc.;
Bathrooms: bathroom chassis, bathroom roofs.
Others: angle steel, wire troughs, pultruded profiles, tees, crosses, FRP gratings, etc.
