Low viscosity, low exotherm, low shrinkage, high-speed curing, high-speed compatibility, bright gloss. The produced FRP grating is flat and smooth, with good gloss, high strength and certain toughness. If you use inferior resin, it will be completely opposite. Inferior resin is turbid, high viscosity, high exotherm, high shrinkage, relatively slow curing, and poor compatibility. The produced glass fiber reinforced plastic grid has many pores, is easy to break, and has poor strength. Toughness is not good.
2. Glass fiber yarn (referred to as glass fiber). In the glass fiber reinforced plastic grid, the toughness of the grid can be enhanced is the fiberglass fiber wire. High-quality fiberglass fiber such as alkali-free fiberglass fiber has a certain toughness, chemical stability, good weather resistance, almost no water absorption and fire, and its high strength can also be used as tire cord. The 1220*2440*38 glass fiber reinforced plastic grid is laid in accordance with 8-9 layers, so the product strength is maintained. The FRP fiber yarn used by some manufacturers is high-alkali yarn as an alkali-free yarn, which has low strength and poor water and alkali resistance.
3. Filling powder. The filler of the FRP grille is aluminum powder. The high-quality filler is fine and white in nature, has flame retardancy, and is completely fused with the resin. The produced board is beautiful in color, good in transparency, and strong in toughness. On the contrary, inferior filler powders, such as calcium powder, are rough and dull, easy to swell when absorbing water, and are not flame-retardant. The produced boards have no gloss, and are relatively brittle and tough.
The second production process
The FRP grating is a half-machine and half-manual production method. The quality, proficiency, and production process requirements (such as the number of glass fiber layers, filler ratio) of the production process personnel will have a greater impact on the quality of the FRP grating. So please try your best to choose a company with a long history, formal, and large production volume.
Third, the comparison of the finished product
The appearance of high-quality FRP grating products has no obvious cracks, fewer pores, bright and pure color, good transparency, a certain degree of toughness, high surface finish, and long service life; while inferior FRP grating products have cracks in appearance, There are more pores, and the color is not pure and the gloss is not enough. Its service life is also short.
Fourth actual use effect
Practice is the best criterion for testing truth, and time is also the most fair referee. The real strength of the FRP grille will also be exposed in the actual use process. The color of the high-quality FRP grille will be slightly dim after several years of use. The whole board is intact and there is no obvious damage. In practice, after a few years of use, there will be obvious damage such as corrosion, fracture, pores, etc. The board is not so flat, the color degradation is serious, and the overall aging. Generally, the FRP grille will be used for 20 years, but it will be inferior after two years. The glass fiber reinforced plastic grille will appear the phenomenon of overall aging, so it will bring huge losses.
