A good resin is generally unsaturated ortho-phthalic resin 196. FRP gratings made of this resin are generally flat and lubricated. If the defective resin is used, the product will be more dirty and porous. The most important thing is simple fracture, poor strength and poor durability.
Another is the comparison of products: from the appearance of a good FRP grating, there are no obvious cracks, the pores are very sandy, the color is relatively pure, and the service life is relatively long. However, the defective product has obvious cracks in the appearance, many pores, poor color, and of course the life span is shorter.
